Best dang bowl of pho I've had so far in the South. The meatballs in the pho are absolutely the best I've tasted in my travels both here in the South and in California's LA and the Bay
I am so sad that I forgot to take pictures of my food here, but the pho I got was amazing! The broth was so rich, and I loved it. Usually the pho broth I get doesn't have a lot of flavor, but not a problem with this one. Also, the spring roles were amazing and I loved the peanut sauce it came with!

Absolutely my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. I've lived in NYC , DC, Maryland, Chattanooga and now Huntsville; I can honestly say that Viet Huong has the best tasting Vietnamese food out of all those locations. The ambiance is understated, simple, clean and pleasant. The pricing is very affordable especially considering inflation cost all around. A five star rating is truly deserved. If i had to make one critique it would be that the entry door is unexpectedly hard to open. would make one request and that's to add one item to the appetizer list; Grape Leaves. It's marinated tender beef wrapped in grape leaves and grilled. It's topped with peanuts, dry fried onions and served with nuoc mam. Yummy!!!! Thanks for reading.
I love the pho I get the seafood pho. Service was decent That atmosphere was good, except for the fact, we sit next to a couple of vulgar mouth, so-called professional women that were too loud and dropping the F bomb while my two-year-old grandson was right next to them , such a lack of class and respect. Honestly, don't see how they hold professional jobs when they don't even have the decency and the capability to refrain their language in a civilized environment. I was thinking they would fit in more maybe in a pool hall or something, but not in a family environment I was fixing to ask to be moved, but we were nearly finished. Other than having to listen to them, everything was pretty good
If you're looking for Vietnamese food this is the place! The service is great, and it feels very homey inside. I normally get the seafood clay pot which is a 10/10, but I decided to get the beef clay pot this time. The veggies and rice were perfect per usual, but the beef was tough. If you're coming here get any of their seafood options for sure!
Authentic and well prepared Pho! Fair warning that the Sunday afternoon rush at noon is worth the wait and the service moves quickly. The establishment was packed with a line out the door! Had the lemonade, Vietnamese egg rolls (A1 on menu) and Pork Vermicelli (B1) as my go to for Pho! Very flavorful! I am also a person who drowns his noodles in fish sauce! All fresh and all very good! The service was very nice and overall very clean! Full endorsement the next time you have a hankering for some Vietnamese cuisine!
Ordered from here due to my extreme love of Vietnamese food! I ordered spring rolls, chicken clay pot, special fried rice and a couple of other items. The food was light and tasty. I will suggest calling your order in as I did they can get packed!!! I enjoyed the egg roll more than the spring roll but overall everything was delicious! Customer service great and that iced tea was good!
